Complaints / dispute settlement
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution,
which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. In principle,
consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to settle their disputes.
We always endeavor to settle any disputes arising from contracts and complaints concluded with us by mutual agreement. Please note, however, that we are not obligated to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body and can not offer you participation in such a procedure.
